Guarantee

Vaditrade purchasing department delivers the order to our company's warehouse;

We guarantee the quality of all products presented on https://vaditrade.com.tr/en site. Vaditrade quality control department checks your order for defects in fabric and accessories, for compliance with the number of pieces in the package, the size range and color, and provides a photo and video report of your order;

The manager of Vaditrade will send you a report of completed work as well as an invoice of the total amount of your order;

Vaditrade logistics department makes qualitative packing and delivery of your order to the "Cargo" transportation company for the following transportation of the goods to the recipient's country.

Return
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, "Buyers" have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery by using their right of withdrawal without giving a reason and "without paying the shipping fee". "Sellers" and VadiTrade are responsible for implementing the return procedures in accordance with this law.

The buyer (customer) must notify the seller (store) that he/she wishes to return the product by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. The "Seller" or VadiTrade is obliged to take back the product and return the product price without any cost to the customer and pay the return shipping fee within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest after receiving the customer's request.

In the return process, the "Buyer" is obliged to ensure that the purchased product is in its original box, unopened and undamaged, with all complementary accessories, sent undamaged and complete at the same time with promotional and campaign products given as a gift, if any, and sent with your invoice in your corporate company shopping.

The right of withdrawal is not valid for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (perfume, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, epilators, shavers, etc.).
