Payment and Delivery

1. Delivery
The Member accepts and declares that in the distance sales contracts to be concluded in the purchases to be made from any Seller through the Website, the Seller is the seller party and he/she is the buyer party; VadiTrade is a party in the said distance sales contract relationship; therefore, VadiTrade is personally responsible in every sense within the scope of the applicable consumer law legislation and other legislation. In this context, the Member accepts and declares that VadiTrade is responsible for the quality of all products exhibited and sold in the Virtual Store, compliance with the legislation, issuance of warranty certificate, invoicing and delivery of other necessary documents and after-sales service etc. VadiTrade accepts and declares that VadiTrade is responsible for the services and delivery of the products in due time.

Delivery will be made within 5 business days under the responsibility of VadiTrade by the cargo company determined by VadiTrade within the principles specified on the web page.

2. Payment
If you purchase any of our paid Services (e-commerce site purchases and posting for sale), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and any additional terms specific to that paid Service. Failure to pay these fees will result in termination of your subscription. Taxes payable are calculated based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase.

3. Return
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, "Buyers" have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery by using their right of withdrawal without giving a reason and "without paying the shipping fee". "Sellers" and VadiTrade are responsible for implementing the return procedures in accordance with this law.

The buyer (customer) must notify the seller (store) that he/she wishes to return the product by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. The "Seller" or VadiTrade is obliged to take back the product and return the product price without any cost to the customer and pay the return shipping fee within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest after receiving the customer's request.

In the return process, the "Buyer" is obliged to ensure that the purchased product is in its original box, unopened and undamaged, with all complementary accessories, sent undamaged and complete at the same time with promotional and campaign products given as a gift, if any, and sent with your invoice in your corporate company shopping.

The right of withdrawal is not valid for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (perfume, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, epilators, shavers, etc.).
