In addition, VadiTrade reports the information required to be reported in accordance with the relevant legislation and the information requested by public authorities to the aforementioned authorities in order to comply with VadiTrade's information obligations and to the extent necessary. 4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data may be collected verbally and / or in writing through VadiTrade's call centres, websites, service points or through secure electronic media and in accordance with the contracts concluded in accordance with the performance of the service. Your personal data collected in this process may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
5. Your Rights Stated in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data:
If you, as the data owner, submit your requests regarding your rights to VadiTrade by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, VadiTrade will finalise the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by the said Board will be charged. The rights you have pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD are as follows;
a) to learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
b) request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) to know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
d) to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the relevant article of KVKK,
f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
g) to object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your request to use your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to VadiTrade in writing in accordance with KVKK. In this context, in order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise among the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK; a signed copy of your request to Abdurrahman Nafiz Gürman Mah.
